Through this information notice, prepared by Oro Alchimia di Federica Bertolino (hereinafter also “Oro Alchimia” or “the Data Controller”), users of the website www.oroalchimia.com are informed that the data collected during navigation will be processed by Oro Alchimia di Federica Bertolino for the purposes indicated below.

Data controller

The data controller is Oro Alchimia di Federica Bertolino, with registered office in Venice, San Marco 1797, 30124 (Venice), VAT number 04133320277.

Dr. Federica Bertolino is the Data Protection Officer and can be contacted at info@oroalchimia.com .

The personal data that will be processed are collected directly by Oro Alchimia and may be disclosed to third parties exclusively for the purposes indicated below.

The data requested and provided by the interested party are processed in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data and are collected to perform the services offered by Oro Alchimia, as well as to establish, correctly execute, and, where applicable, terminate sales contracts concluded online.

In particular, Oro Alchimia will process the user's personal data exclusively for the following activities:

1. ONLINE SHOPPING : The personal data entered by the User will be used to establish, manage, execute, and/or conclude the online sales contract. In other words, the data provided will be processed for payment processing, returns processing, shipping, and customer support. In the case of credit card payments, the information required for this purpose will be processed by BANCA CHE CURA IL SERVIZIO or other related and authorized companies. In any case, credit card payment information is neither stored nor known by L'Armadio di Coco.

2. NEWSLETTER : If you subscribe to the website www.oroalchimia.com, and with your explicit consent, the personal data you provide (phone number, email address) will be used by Oro Alchimia to send you commercial or promotional communications, such as information on sales or new product availability. To unsubscribe, please send an email to info@oroalchimia.com, which you will also find at the bottom of all communications you receive.

3. SITE REGISTRATION : If the interested party decides to register on the website www.oroalchimia.com, and in any case with explicit consent, the data provided will be processed by Oro Alchimia for registration purposes. Specifically, identification data including username, password, first name, last name, and address will be processed to create a personal account, record purchase history, update order status, change settings and update the account, check the status of refunds related to any returns, and provide customer support.

4. PERSONAL PROFILING: Subject to consent, the personal data provided by the individual and collected by Oro Alchimia may be processed for profiling activities as well as for analyzing preferences on the products sold.

Nature of the Treatment

With reference to the purposes set out in point 1, the provision of data and consent to their processing is MANDATORY. Failure to provide consent will make it impossible for Oro Alchimiadi to establish, manage, execute, and/or conclude the online sales contract with the interested party and, therefore, to fulfill the obligations related to payment, shipping, returns, customer support, and regulatory obligations.

With reference to the purposes set out in point 2, providing your data and consent to its processing is OPTIONAL. Failure to provide consent will make it impossible for Oro Alchimia to send you commercial or promotional communications, such as information about the start of sales or the arrival of a new product.

With reference to the purposes set out in point 3, the provision of data and consent to their processing is MANDATORY. Failure to provide consent will make it impossible for Oro Alchimia to register the user on the website www.oroalchimia.com and therefore to create a personal account connected to the data subject's purchasing activity, such as recording purchase history, updating order status, changing settings and updating the account, checking the status of refunds related to any returns, and providing customer support.

With reference to the purposes set out in point 4, providing your data and consent to its processing is OPTIONAL. Failure to provide consent will result in Oro Alchimiadi performing profiling activities and analyzing your preferences for the products sold.

Personal data collected and processed

The personal data processed by Oro Alchimia are the same as those provided by the User for the aforementioned purposes, such as, by way of example and not limited to: name, surname and email address for registration purposes or residential address for shipping or replacement of purchased products.

Data Processing and Storage Methods.

Personal data will be processed using IT and/or electronic tools necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this policy, and all appropriate measures will be adopted to prevent unauthorized access, modification, storage, loss, deletion, and use of the personal data by third parties. These security measures, however, may not be sufficient to prevent the risk of unauthorized access to personal data. Therefore, Oro Alchimia recommends that all its users use electronic devices or computers with updated antivirus software, and that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) adopts appropriate security measures for data transmission over the internet.

In any case, Oro Alchimia immediately warns that the acquired data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, in accordance with current legislation.

Data Controllers and Recipients

The personal data collected will be processed by Oro Alchimia employees exclusively for the purposes indicated in this policy. However, some processing may be handled by third parties external to L'Armadio di Coco, which the latter uses to perform certain phases of the contractual relationship (payment, shipping, etc.). Specifically, the data may be disclosed to: public and private entities that can access such information pursuant to national or EU laws; entities that need access to such information for purposes related to the contractual relationship; and consultants for the performance of professional assignments. The list of external data processors and authorized data processors is kept at Oro Alchimia's headquarters and can be requested by emailing info@oroalchimia.com .

Transfer of personal data abroad

The personal data acquired may be transferred and stored abroad, in accordance with applicable legislation. If the transfer occurs outside the European Union, it is guaranteed by adequacy decisions of the Commission and is carried out in a manner that provides appropriate and suitable guarantees pursuant to Articles 46, 47, or 49 of the Regulation.

Rights of interested parties

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 of the GDPR, which grant the right to:

1. obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, obtain access to the data itself and to information such as: a) the purposes of the processing; b) the categories of personal data; c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if these recipients are located in third countries or international organizations; d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

2. obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without delay; taking into account the purposes of the processing, the Data Controller has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement;

3. obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without delay. The Data Controller is obliged to erase personal data without delay if one of the reasons indicated in paragraph 1 of Article 17 applies;

4. obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of processing when one of the hypotheses set forth in paragraph 1 of Article 18 applies;

5. Obtain data portability from the Data Controller, that is, receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. The data subject also has the right to transmit such personal data to another Data Controller without hindrance from the first Data Controller to whom the personal data were provided, if the conditions set forth in Art. 20, paragraph 1, are met. Finally, the data subject has the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one Data Controller to another, where possible using commonly used technologies;

6. object, in whole or in part, pursuant to art. 21, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her;

To exercise their rights, the interested party can send an email to PEO info@oroalchimia.com .

We also inform you that the interested party may withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The interested party has the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority as well as make a request regarding the exercise of these rights by contacting Oro Alchimia at PEO info@oroalchimia.com .

Oro Alchimia will undertake to respond to requests within 15 days in writing in electronic format.

Changes to this policy

Oro Alchimiadi reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, informing users through a notice published on the homepage of the website www.oroalchimia.com. If the data subject does not accept these changes, he or she must withdraw consent and request the deletion of the personal data provided to the Data Controller.
