By accessing the website www.oroalchimia.com, users agree to accept and comply with the following contractual conditions, all set forth in this section of the website. Oro Alchimia reserves the right to request that users who do not intend to accept the conditions set forth below refrain from using the website www.oroalchimia.com. Access to this website and the services it contains are intended for personal use only.

Viewing this website, available at www.oroalchimia.com, provides users with information on the products offered along with the option to purchase them.

The products for sale on this site are intended for end consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activities. Furthermore, to place orders and purchases on the Oro Alchimia online shop, customers must be at least 18 years old, meet the requirements to enter into valid legally binding contracts, have a valid email address, and possess a credit card suitable for electronic payments, a bank account if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, or a valid PayPal account if the customer chooses to use that payment platform. Oro Alchimia therefore urges all those who do not fall within the category of end consumers and who do not meet the requirements set out in the preceding paragraph to refrain from entering into contractual and commercial relationships with Oro Alchimia. Oro Alchimia reserves the right not to process orders from such individuals.

It is further stated that the website www.oroalchimia.com and all its contents are the property of Oro Alchimia di Federica Bertolino, with registered office in Venice, San Marco 1797, 30124 (Venice), VAT number 04133320277, including images, designs, and logos, all of which are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, alteration, transmission, or sharing with third parties, unless expressly authorized in writing by Oro Alchimia, is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

ONLINE SHOPPING – The Product

The products offered through the Oro Alchimia online shop are provided with all the necessary information and, for each product, images and detailed descriptions are available as well as the available sizes and/or measurements.

The Oro Alchimia website declines any responsibility for the possibility that, due to an incorrect configuration of the user's computer, the colors of the products on the site may differ from the reality.

The product images contained on the website www.oroalchimia.com are the exclusive property of Oro Alchimia and any unauthorized use without written consent will be prosecuted under the law, with particular reference to copyright legislation.

The products listed on the www.oroalchimia.com website are those actually available for purchase as the online shop is directly connected to the Oro Alchimia stores located in Venice.

Once Oro Alchimia receives an order for a specific product, it reserves the right to confirm its availability. If the purchased product is no longer available or if the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the customer, Oro Alchimia will promptly notify the customer and refund the price paid within 2 business days.

The prices displayed on the website www.oroalchimia.com, payments, the cost of services, payment receipts, and all other information relating to the economic value of the contractual relationship are expressed in Euros.

Payment, Shipping and Returns

Oro Alchimia accepts payments by bank transfer and through the PayPal platform.

For further details and information, customers are invited to consult the websites www.visa.com or www.mastercard.com.

The transaction will be processed immediately if the necessary resources are found and only then will the order be started.

If the customer chooses bank transfer as their payment method, they will receive an email containing Oro Alchimia's bank details when they place their order, and the requested product will be set aside for a maximum of 3 days. It is the customer's responsibility to send Oro Alchimia a copy of the payment receipt. Once the payment corresponding to the price has been received, the order will be shipped.

Finally, customers who choose to pay via the PayPal platform can proceed with the purchase by transferring the amount corresponding to the price via the PayPal account in their name.

Please note that Armadio di Coco, in the event that payment is made via the PayPal platform, reserves the right to ship the purchased product exclusively to the address of the account verified by PayPal unless the customer expressly requests otherwise by indicating the address to which they wish the order to be shipped.

Oro Alchimia reserves the right not to process orders from customers whose information (address, payment, etc.) cannot be verified. It also reserves the right to postpone shipments if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond Oro Alchimia's control.

Shipping to Italy will be carried out by Poste Italiane, Bartolini, DHL couriers and shipping costs are free in Italy.

For orders placed by customers residing in countries outside the European Community, shipping costs will be charged to them.

Purchased products will be shipped within 3 working days from the payment date and the delivery time will depend on the recipient's area of ​​residence.

Customers are advised that Oro Alchimia is not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond Oro Alchimia's control or force majeure. Once the product has arrived at its destination, customers are advised to carefully check the integrity of the product before signing for delivery.

Products shipped by Oro Alchimia are carefully packaged in envelopes or boxes. If the packaging appears tampered with or there are signs of damage, customers are asked to sign for the delivery with reservations or refuse the delivery. In such cases, customers are asked to immediately inform Oro Alchimia at info@oroalchimia.com . Any complaints regarding damage, missing items, incorrect addresses, or other shipping-related circumstances must be communicated to Oro Alchimia within 10 days of the delivery date shown on the courier's website. Complaints will not be accepted in the event of a delay.

In the event that the package is not delivered due to the customer's unavailability or unjustified refusal, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

To inquire about the status of an order, the customer can send an email to Oro Alchimia at the following address: PEO info@oroalchimia.com .

Once the order is shipped, Oro Alchimia will send the customer an email with the tracking code and a valid link to follow the delivery.

If, after receiving the product, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he or she can return the goods within 28 days (14 + 14) unless they have been worn and/or used.

To be eligible to return the goods, the customer must send an email to info@oroalchimia.com within 14 days of receiving the goods , including the order details and the type of refund desired.

Once authorization has been obtained from Oro Alchimia, the customer can return the item using the courier and the methods indicated in the return authorization email. Please note that the return shipment must be made within 30 days of the product's delivery date, and shipping costs will be paid by the customer, deducting this amount from the refund.

The goods must be returned with all labels and tags attached, accessories (any hangers and bags), and the original packaging. The products must not show signs of use and must not be damaged or altered.

Oro Alchimia reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, those shipped using methods other than those indicated, and those showing signs of wear or damage.

In this case, the product will be returned to the customer at the destination address provided by the latter and the related delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the product has been returned, the customer can choose whether to exchange the item for another one available in the online store at the time of return – subject to the price increase if the returned product costs less than the replacement one – or request a discount to be used on a subsequent purchase, or finally, request a refund of the price paid.

In the latter case, the refund will be made within 3 days of receiving the returned goods and will be communicated to the customer via email with the payment receipt or the outcome of the electronic transaction.

Oro Alchimia declines all responsibility for delays in crediting refunded amounts due to processing times by credit institutions.

Please note that Oro Alchimia sells used vintage products that may show signs of wear and tear and, in any case, cannot be considered new or refurbished. The user is aware of this circumstance and agrees to purchase used products that may show signs of wear, which do not constitute a lack of conformity and do not allow for the activation of the relevant warranty referred to in this section.

Oro Alchimia is liable for any defects in the conformity of the goods that appear within one year of receipt of the same.

Goods are deemed to be compliant with the contract if they are suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used, conform to the description given on this website, exhibit the qualities of a good of the same type that the consumer can expect to find, and are suitable for the specific use that the customer intends to make of the good and which, after having represented to Oro Alchimia, the latter confirms the suitability.

Any non-conformity of the goods must be reported by the customer to Oro Alchimia within 2 months of the date on which the defect is discovered by sending an email to info@oroalchimia.com. The customer must also indicate the remedy methods (indicated below) chosen by the customer.

Oro Alchimia will respond to this notification within 5 working days. Unless proven otherwise, defects of conformity that appear within six months of receipt of the product are presumed to have already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect itself.

In the event that a product defect occurs and is properly reported, the Buyer may request, at no additional cost, the following remedies: repair of the product; replacement, where possible, with a product of the same type; a reduction in the purchase price; or termination of this contract. All of these requests may be validly made unless they are objectively impossible to achieve or are excessively onerous for Oro Alchimia pursuant to Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.

In the communication in which Oro Alchimia accepts the remedy proposed by the customer, it will also indicate the operating methods through which to satisfy such requests or, in the event that the remedy is a price reduction, the amount of the reduction.
